Children in the public schools are in danger! Current Indiana law does not protect children in the public schools, beginning in kindergarten, from being taught about sex without prior written parental consent!

Something to Remember!

Public schools should be focused on teaching children academics, and not teaching them about sex, beginning in kindergarten!

The Solution!

A new state law is needed! In order to protect over 1,000,000 children in the public schools (children in kindergarten, elementary school, middle school and high school) the 2018 Indiana General Assembly needs to pass Senate Bill 65 that clearly states:

“No child in the public schools, beginning in kindergarten, can be taught about sex without prior written informed parental consent.”

Senate Bill 65 will protect all of the children in the public schools, including children in kindergarten, and also protect the right of parents to direct the upbringing of their children with regard to teaching them about sex.

“Protecting innocent children and protecting parental rights is the right thing to do!”
