Senate Bill 90 deals with informed consent for abortion. The bill would require, among other things that a woman seeking an abortion would be informed that the unborn baby may feel pain when the abortion occurs and that life begins at conception.
Senatoe Bill 90 passed the Senate by a vote of 39-9 and now goes to the House of Representatives.
