Over 1,200 Bills Could Be Introduced!
Legislators will start filing bills for the 2015 General Assembly this month. There could be over 1,200 bills introduced! This will be Advance America’s 35th legislative session serving as the eyes and ears and voice for Hoosier families and churches at the State House! Be watching for future updates about bills that we have identified as ones that could impact the children, the families and the churches of Indiana.
2015 General Assembly Organization Day!
On November 18th members of the Indiana House and Indiana Senate gathered at the State House for Organization Day for the 2015 Indiana General Assembly.
Representative Brian Bosma of Indianapolis was chosen once again to be the Speaker of the House of Representatives. Senator David Long was re-elected President Pro Tempore of the Indiana State Senate.
